It’s packed with soothing ingredients like ginger and peppermint, but what really impressed me was how balanced the flavour is, its refreshing without being overpowering. I personally gave this tea to my 3 year old who has suffered from indigestion and bloating. That caused me many sleepless nights. However, with this tea with some amazing support from the company we utilised this tea to see if it benefitted my little one. When I first started to get IBS symptoms I generally moved into peppermint tea to help. Some anxiety remedies. When I was given this to try i found it has been the best tea for this issue. It really helps and not just for IBS! It helps when you are bloated and even nice to have while you are eating. Not only does it help with this I also find it very comforting, and when I feel not my usual self which is alot as I have multiple health issues and fibromyalgia, it really puts me at ease and helps me navigate through the day. Anytime of day is good but Morning is definitely a place to start !!
