I’ve tried a few herbal sleep teas over the years, but this one genuinely stands out. The combination of chamomile and passionflower creates a calming, gentle flavour, and more importantly, I’ve found I drift off more easily and stay asleep more soundly when I drink it before bed. It’s now part of my winddown routine and something I really look forward to in the evening.
I personally suffer from ADHD and insomnia, now I will say this tea doesn’t cure conditions. However, having the regime in making the tea and then feeling the benefits from the natural herbs helped me relax and sleep for longer periods of time. I have tried many remedies in the past to no real effect. I can say the quality of this blend is amazing and I love seeings all the natural herbs within the blend to know what I’m getting is the best quality and not just a black powered form from other brands.
